What is C-SEE and who are the stakeholders?
The Camden STEM Equity Ecosystem (C-SEE) is led by a team of stakeholders in the City of Camden, Rutgers University–Camden faculty, staff and administrators, students, and local educators and community partners, who all share a common goal: we are committed to driving genuine and lasting culture change on our campus so that STEM undergraduate students from all backgrounds, particularly those who belong to historically excluded groups, will excel and graduate from Rutgers–Camden, well-prepared to pursue STEM careers, and assume leadership roles in society.
